Beachfront holiday rental in Sas Linnas Siccas

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We had a wonderful stay at Catherina's place, with excellent hospitality and constant kindness from Benjamin , always available . Sweet home , little blue and white cocoon is very well located (on foot) close to the beautiful beaches and a splendid pine forest . Santa Lucia is a small family resort that is both peaceful and lively, with a diverse range of restaurants and local entertainment! We look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

Everything about this place is perfect. Location, communication, huge bathroom, everything you need in kitchen, balcony looking over the sea. Will book again upon return to area. Thanks for having us Aussie’s.

Great hostess! Great location! We were there in early May and we felt the only ones on the hill. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Accommodation is ok for the price. However, it does not invite you to linger. It is enough for the night but it is uncomfortable. The bed is very old and there is no way to heat when it gets a bit colder. So bring warm clothes for cold nights. The location is all the more beautiful and the view is great!

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace and a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly attitude towards my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile, upon arrival, had a bottle of chilled water waiting for me in the fridge. The shop was just a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with lovely people again. Best regards🌸

Serena's apartment is lovingly decorated and clean with a beautiful modern bathroom. It is located in a very beautiful and well-kept garden. Unfortunately, the opening of the pool was delayed due to cleaning, but of course Serena couldn't do anything. She was always available and responded quickly to any questions that came up. We were able to check in earlier and were also allowed to check out later in order to be able to use the pool at least on the day of departure. We had a great time overall, but I recommend a car due to the location. You should also bring basic food supplies, as due to the Italian regulations on vacation rentals, basic things like salt/pepper, oil and the like are also missing, which we did not know. The kitchen is very well equipped in terms of appliances (even a large freezer compartment and a real oven are available). We only missed one dishwasher. We can recommend the property!

The location of the apartment is fantastic and the view unforgettable. The terrace is almost larger than the apartment itself. The apartment was clean and you have everything you need, but it should be renovated again and a few parts replaced.

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and made everything lightning fast! Although the pool won't be filled until early April, Paola made sure we had it available as early as March. The beach and the pine forest in front are very nice! Thanks for the lovely holiday! :-)

We were there with 3 adults and two children (3 and 1 years) and it is really perfect. We were able to check in earlier after consultation with Federica (2 pm) and found everything as described. The olive grove with an outdoor kitchen behind the house is an absolute dream. You can't decide where you want to eat because there are so many places. The kitchen is equipped with the important things. You can't expect too much from the robot vacuum cleaner, it often gets lost and doesn't take everything with it. This is not a problem, you can run it for additional cleanliness, that's enough. Top washing machine. Federica was always available and helped us with various topics. The east side there is a quiet area, not very touristy. Beautiful beaches, few people. If you want to see a lot, you have to expect longer travel times. There is no public transport, only accessible by car.

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Well where do I start apart from just Wow! Wow! Wow! The vista just takes your breath away, from a huge picture windows and out in the beautifully kept gardens surrounded by mountains. It’s an ideal location to easily reach multiple amazing breathtaking beaches within less than 15minutes drive. As well as having 3 small private intimate beaches within a 7 minute walk of the villa. The villa itself is beautifully constructed with Sardinia stone making it blend into the uninterrupted surroundings. The bed was very comfortable and the whole villa very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all of the pots pans needed. with plastic plates and cups to eat out on the beautiful patio without the worry of breaking class or crockery. They too are also provided. The villa and path leading to it is well light at night, and the area very safe to walk around in the evenings. Rosy was an amazing host. Extremely attentive and helpful, and responded very quickly. We will be back for sure❤️

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. We enjoyed our stay at Maria‘s place, which was right next to a gorgeous beach. Every morning our children would go down to the beach and play in the waves and the rocks, and it was the perfect spot for a young family. We appreciated the indoors and outdoor space, although there could be a bit more space in the kitchen for storing grocery items, and a more comfortable sofa to sit on in the living room. The house was situated very conveniently to destinations up and down the coast, which made for a great base to explore the mountains and coastline. We hope to be back one day!

Katia’s place is spectacular, right next to the water, offering two private beaches, a beautiful garden with a stone table with incredible view! Loved the gallery space outside of the house and the inside is super clean and modern. Katia was a super friendly and attentive host, she lives on the house on top but she always respected our privacy. Also the place is fully equipped with anything you need and more, there was cooking stuff, wine, coffee, water, fruits, many hygiene products, sunscreen. One of the best places we stayed!
