Here you will immediately feel comfortable and at home! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m tall, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's a high-level complaint. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

lovely apartment! perfect size for a family of 3! without a 3 year old 10 mins to the beach, the marina and the central park and 5 mins from the coop, it's up a hill, but that buys you some great views!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Niccoló's and Elena's place. The communication was very quick and super friendly. I a really nice place to stay a few days in Posada.

We had a great time at Elias' accommodation in Baunei! The apartment is super spacious and has everything you need. We felt very comfortable right away. Everything was also available for our one-year-old son and there was a lot to discover. The terrace and garden were a dream! Elias was available with advice and action, gave great tips and always responded super fast. The location in Baunei was also great, everything was right on the doorstep and yet it was nice and quiet. We highly recommend the accommodation 😊 thank you for everything!

Beautiful refurbished traditional country house in a very peaceful location between the olive trees, the mountains and close to the beach. We were given a warm welcome by Maria Francesca and her husband and great recommendations.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

We had a great time staying at this place. The location directly at the port with restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity is ideal. There is also a small supermarket opposite that offers everything for daily needs. Beach within 1 min walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

We (two adults with a small child) really enjoyed the accommodation. The amenities and cleanliness were exemplary, and the location was beautiful and quiet. We would be happy to return. We have just had a fantastic week at this villa. Really beautiful place and the photos don’t do it justice. Views were amazing and the pool was extremely nice. I have to also mention that the host CInzia was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. She even helped us get a great price for a boat for the day plus taxis each way. This was a fantastic day out. The owners recommendations were spot on for restaurants. Highly recommend. If you are considering this place just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are new, the equipment is very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting that we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoy the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes' walk, which was still fantastically deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and dining were also easy on foot. Valentina and Eva's numerous restaurant tips were very helpful. We tried various kinds of them every day. All great! The accessibility of Valentina was very good, and the contact uncomplicated and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.

We lived in the apartment all week, the apartment corresponds exactly to what is shown in the pictures. The kitchen was super clean and has everything you need to take care of yourself if you want to. The apartment is very central and is only about 10 minutes' walk to Olbia city center. It offers great parking right outside the door. Also, you could wonderfully visit the surroundings of Olbia from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has a private atmosphere. Gianluca was always friendly and answered our question quickly.

We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment! This was probably also due to the fact that Alessio welcomed us very warmly and with small attentions. The beds are comfortable and the whole apartment is super clean! Parking is also not a problem. A clear recommendation! Thank you for everything :)
