Welcome to our charming home! Our magnificent centenary eucalyptus tree lends an enchanting atmosphere to this picturesque corner of Sardinia a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Porto Ferro, Mugoni, L'Argentiera. Step inside and discover a place transformed by a complete renovation in 2022 resulting in a modern, luminous place. The natural surroundings creates the perfect setting for relaxation and quality time for special moments with family, friends or to reconnect with yourself.

Le Palme - Private oasis

Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquility and elegance. Le Palme is located approx. 4km from Sorso and 10km from Sassari. The house has been recently renovated and furnished with great care. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

Our house is located in the countryside and it's very close to the sea (Gulf of Asinara). It is spacious and cool in the summer, with two terraces (one West and one East) and a cool veranda (porch) attached to one side of the house, where you can rest and eat in the warm season. You'll love awakenings and relaxing breakfasts surrounded by nature. The house is surrounded by a big flowering garden with a little pinewood, palms and oleanders. All the windows are provided with mosquito nets.

We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

Independent house located in the historic center of Villanova Monteleone, a town 23 km from Alghero and with the beach of Poglina just 17 km away, close to all services (pharmacy, bar, bank, shops) with parking in the square in front. The house is all on one floor and consists of a bathroom, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a double with two single beds.

"Il Mulino" in a quiet village near the sea

The house was originally a water mill built in the early 1800s. It has been recently renovated and features a kitchen on the ground floor, a living room with a large window overlooking the garden, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is located in the loft. "Il Mulino" is located just 12 km from Sassari and nearby are the most beautiful tourist resorts in Northern Sardinia.
