Our holiday park, De Tulpenacker, boasts a unique, green setting by the water, close to the Netherlands' larger cities and the beach. Here, you'll experience the tranquility of the meadows surrounding you, yet entertainment is close by. Amsterdam is only a 30-minute drive from our park. In spring, the bulb fields and Keukenhof Gardens are also easily accessible. It's the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with your family, friends, and relatives. This villa dates back to 1890 and has been completely renovated while retaining the characteristic features such as the "angel window" in the facade and the "upper room" where guests used to be received. The interior is modern with a nod to the old masters. The large living room with a decorative fireplace and large 8-person table invites you to dine together or have a movie night. The living room also contains a fully equipped open kitchen with all necessary appliances.

In the middle of the bulb fields and close to the Keukenhof! Grocery and small shopping stores are nearby. Only five minutes by bike from the station for a direct train connection to Amsterdam, Schiphol, Leiden and The Hague. Walking distance from the train station is 25 minutes. Enjoy the annual world famous flower parade crossing the street of the apartment.

This cottage is located at the back of a farm, in the middle of a nature and bird area in Noord-Holland, 30 minutes from Amsterdam. Close to Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Hoorn and the beach at Egmond aan Zee.

2nd floor: bulbfields & coast

On the 2nd floor of my house is a separate two room apartment in a typical Dutch residential quiet area. We will share the stairs and frontdoor. Shops within 5 minutes walk and public transport on the door step. Fully equipped kitchen with tea & coffee facilities. On the 20th of April 2024 the annual flowerparade passes my house. Seats are ready for you to enjoy the parade.

This 27m high water tower from 1914 has been transformed into a delightful place. The 5m high water basin is now a romantic spacious loft. Original elements blend with luxury. 5 private floors: rooftop terrace with great views, living room with fireplace, private bathroom with double shower, kitchen, sleeping loft, and fitness room.
