Pour plus de confort, notre lodge dispose d’une literie 200x200, d’un espace détente avec mini bar (café et thé à disposition) ainsi que d’une salle de douche. Le petit déjeuner continental (produits locaux) sera déposé le matin devant votre porte.

Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Charming old half-timbered bread oven, located on the edge of the stream, it consists of: - Living room with a wood-burning stove, - Kitchen, - Upstairs: - shower/WC room accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), -bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed overlooking the stream, accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), Bedroom and bathroom do not communicate. The house in typical Norman timber style is located in a quiet village, Bénesville. Via the long driveway you arrive at the carport and the house with its beautiful large, fully fenced, garden. The house is an ideal base for exploring the region. The beaches with the chalk cliffs, the charming Veules-les-Roses or the harbor town of Saint-Valery-en-Caux where you can buy fresh fish. In the wider area, you can visit Etretat, Varengeville, Rouen, Le Havre...

Atypical barn in the countryside, 5 minutes from the sea

Old renovated photo studio of 90 m2 offering a beautiful ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Particularly suitable for dreamers, artists and travelers, tired of sanitized rentals... Please let me know if you need a different duration

Within a large orchard garden with fruit trees, is a lovely and cosy typical normandy house set 15mins from the seaside. The living room has a large fireplace and the big garden is ideal for bbq. Old world charm and all mod cons, a peaceful retreat. 5 mins drive from a busing village with all the commodities. Rented weekly only (Saturday to Saturday during high season) (mid June to end of August)

A private garden welcomes you where you can relax, enjoy the barbecue for outdoor dining. Pets are also allowed. Close to Luneray, its shops and the Sunday market.
