Those who live here enjoy the quiet location and at the same time have many of the most beautiful sides of the island close by.

Through several accesses you are in 10 minutes directly in the harbor and can buy fish, go out to eat or just enjoy the magical harbor atmosphere. The old town is also reached in 10 min and there numerous stores and restaurants invite you to linger. A hike to the chalk cliffs through the Jasmund National Park is absolutely recommended. In the north and south of Sassnitz stretch miles of sandy beaches, which you can reach by bus, car or bike in no time.

For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025.
