Access to the apartments is on a comfortable ground floor but the view from the balcony of apartment number 1 is on a high floor (magic of the Sassi of Matera!)

No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

The upper terrace is provide with swinging chair (apr-oct) Not far from the main entrance there is the bus terminal with a regular service up and down the center every 30 minutes.

Cozy house with terrace in the central area of Trivigno, a village a few kilometers from Castelmezzano and Pietraoertosa and an hour from Matera. Spread over two floors, consists of kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. It is possible to participate in yoga classes, basketry and gastronomic workshops. During the summer organic vegetables from the garden are available to guests. You can park for free a few meters from the house.

La Scalinatella is a charming villa located along the very famous staircase that connects directly to Positano Spiaggia Grande (Main beach). It sleeps 6 people. It features a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, one large living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully furnished spacious kitchen. The Villa is located in the heart of Positano, only one minute away from the main beach easily reachable through the steps.

Cozy house in the historic center, a stone's throw from Salerno Cathedral. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a large bathroom, a living area with kitchenette and dining table and a lovely covered terrace overlooking the courtyard of the seventeenth-century building. Please note: The house is in a traffic-restricted area and the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator.

Blumavy is a bright and cheerful independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Blumavy you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. A few meters from the house there is a local bus stop bus, handy starting point for Sentiero degli Dei. Under the house there is a very well stocked grocery store and a few meters from the house there are three excellent restaurants.

La Casa delle Stelle has a living room with a panoramic balcony with the most beautiful view of the village of Castelmezzano and the Lucanian Dolomites. The house has an equipped kitchen. On the mezzanine, walkable, there is a double bed. From the bed, thanks to a skylight, you can sleep looking at the stars. The sofa in the living room turns into a second double bed. Wifi internet with smart tv.

Casa Calypso

Casa Calypso is a two storey house with an amazing sea view, designed in a Mediterranean style. It is located in a very quiet area, up 95 steps from the street and offers easy access to all the amenities. The house overlooks the sea and the view is breathtaking. Your eyes will be full of blue and I advise you to watch at least one sunrise, it’s worth it.
