We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen and has a wood stove or heat pumps for heating, a double sofa bed, and on the second floor the full bedroom and full bathroom, and outside a terrace, then a loft with a single bed.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
