A very aesthetically done up home with feel good vibe as soon you enter the place. Wow, really loved each and every corner of it. The lady of the house welcomed us with warmth and freshly baked cake which made it even more special. Very close to the Ferrari Museum..Not to be missed, perfect place to stay.

I had a great time, the apartment is as described, nothing was missing. All new and well maintained, perfect cleanliness and impeccable amenities. When I arrived, there was a bit of nightlife in the street, I was afraid of hearing noises in the room, but the apartment is very well insulated and I slept very well. The host was very kind and responsive, he provided me with all the instructions to access independently, I had a great time. A treat that is not to be missed is the breakfast agreement with keik, a small themed "bar" located under the apartment building, fantastic

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Stefano and his wife were great hosts. Besides the fantastic property they were very attentive to the messages and helpful when needed. Great Property.. Great Hosts!

I had a lovely stay here. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The house has a warm, homey feel — I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and make sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy and calm stay!

Our trip was to visit Maranello and this apartment is only a few minutes away from the Ferrari factory. Gabriella’s apartment has a great selection of Ferrari memorabilia so fitted in with our trip! She also recommended a great restaurant within walking distance packed with Ferrari stuff.

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

Barbara was a wonderful host, meeting us upon arrival, helpful with recommendations, booking taxis, etc. The apartment was very comfortable and the location was ideal. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in the warm June in Bologna. The only issue was construction noise in the bedroom in the morning. Hopefully, that is temporary.

Impeccable accommodation and well cared for in the smallest details, from the photos we didn't even realize it was so beautiful. We needed to sleep near Reggio Emilia for a concert, the distance was felt, but given the availability and the beautiful apartment it was worth it. Simone was very helpful.

The location is ideal for exploring Bologna. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The aircon was very efficient. The outside terraces were pleasant to sit in.

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

We would like to give more stars, as the stay was more than perfect. Incredibly clean and attention to detail. The family is super friendly and also gave us a small tour of the farm. The hospitality is great. We felt like at home. The spa is really clean and relaxing. We hope that we can arrange to see the accommodation and the family again. Thank you for the dairy products on arrival! Thanks to the host's tip, we ate at the "Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto" with Massimo in the evening. Authentic and incredibly delicious. Clear recommendation!
