Discover an exceptional tranquility and warmth in the clay-crafted dyke sheep house of the dyke bunny farm. Here you can watch the sheep on the dike from the kitchen table and enjoy the calming course of the Jümme from the bed. On cold days, a small fireplace warms you, in addition to the underfloor heating. Two large patio doors open the space and the view into the vast expanse of Hammrich. Due to the orientation of the house, you are completely on your own despite the proximity to the main building.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Natur pur! Egal ob Action oder Ruhe - der Aufenthalt ist abwechslungsreich und hat vieles zu bieten. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

Our cozy apartment (approx. 70 square meters) for up to 6 people is located in Ostrhauderfehn, in an old Fehn house. The fantastic property offers plenty of peace and relaxation. The in-house forest invites you to "forest bathing." The vacation rental is located in the front part of the house. The rear part is occupied by the hosts. Leer or Papenburg can be reached quickly. The North Sea or the Netherlands are just around the corner. The surroundings offer many activities or lakes.

Diese Unterkunft ist eine Oberwohnung und ist eine von zwei Wohnungen in einem Feienhaus. Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett , eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer miteiner Schlafcouch und ein eigenes großes Badezimmer. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon und zusätzlich eine eigene Terasse vor dem Haus wo auch gegrillt werden kann. Zur Unterhaltung stehen 2 TV Bildschirme ( im Wohnzimmer Netflix), Highspeed WLAN und in einem kleinen Nebengebäude Tischtennis und ein Kicker.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).

Die Oberwohnung in der 1. Südwieke liegend wurde mit viel Liebe und Mühe saniert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Hinten befindet sich ein großer Balkon mit Blick über die Wiesen und Felder. In der Küche hat man einen Ausblick auf die erste Südwieke. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Wohnung. Auf dem Balkon darf geraucht werden.
