It’s a great place to stay. Only one problem: when it’s raining, because of the material of the bathroom roof, there’s noise. Even you close the door. So unless it’s rain season and you’re a light sleeper, it’ll not be recommended, otherwise it’s a perfect place.

It's best to be able to rent a single-family home at this price point. It's an old house, so you can't ask for perfect cleanliness, but it's well-maintained and has a lot of different charms. 1. First of all, you can experience local alleys in Thailand. Everyone was friendly. It's a little difficult to get to, but the staff personally met you, so it's not difficult to get there once you check in. 2. The old Thai house was remodeled with that feeling. It's a pity that it's old and creaks and the surrounding road noise comes in, but the air conditioner is cool and the water is really clean. I used the shower filter, but it was white until the day I came back. And the jacuzzi is the best. You can start and end the day very refreshingly. 3. If the host is friendly and informs you of the surrounding food and sightseeing, the response is very fast.

A fantastic stopover in a nice traditional back street in the old town. The accommodation was exactly as described: a perfect hideaway from the chaotic bustling city. Alice looked after my booking and all subsequent communication and she was superb. Always replying in minutes, and forthcoming with some superb local food outlets. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and I hope to return someday!

My stay at this place was incredibly comfortable. 🏡 The space is quite spacious and fully equipped with everything I needed. The people around, including the neighbors, were very friendly and welcoming. 😊 The host was also very responsive, whenever I reached out in the morning, they answered my questions promptly. 🌞 I had no issues during my stay and felt completely at ease. Aim is a very kind host. We arrived at almost midnight and we didn’t encounter any problems as he had a very clear instructions. If we have questions, he responds immediately as he can. My friend thought she lost her phone and he was eager to help us. Location is good. Near to bts station and if you love shopping, his place is a great choice. Can walk to centralworld and Big C especially during rush hours. Highly recommended. I will tell this place to my friends and in the future, if i return to Bangkok, will definitely book in his unit again. Thank you again for the warm welcome. We have enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Sadek’s Japanese-themed home. The attention to detail made it feel like a real Japanese house. Everything was clean, well-designed, and felt like home. Sadek was a fantastic host — very responsive and friendly. We got to meet him, and he even brought us fruit when we arrived late and offered extra water when we ran out. The place is quiet and perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The only downside is the location — it’s about a 15–18 minute walk to the nearest BTS station, and some Grab taxis took time or canceled. But overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back again!

We had a very nice time at Sunee's house! They respond very quickly and always give answers. We live on the 4th floor. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with AC in each room. The house has multiple keys and security measures, which make you feel very safe all the time. PS, A nice cafe is located near the house, and you can also get a Thai milk tea there.

Luke was very responsive when we needed help in a very welcoming manner. The place has a beautiful view !!

A Perfect Stay in Bangkok! This loft was an absolute gem—spotless and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. The linens smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The highlight? Three terraces offering stunning panoramic views of the city—morning coffee and evening sunsets were unforgettable. Karol and Kay were outstanding hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed in a cozy apartment in Bangkok — everything went just fine! The apartment is very comfortable, clean, with everything you need to relax. I especially liked the pool — spacious, clean, with a cozy seating area, where you can spend time after walking around the city. Separately, I want to note the host — very responsive, always in touch, any issues were resolved quickly and without problems. The location is convenient, many attractions can be easily reached. A great place for a comfortable stay!

This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

It was not my first time staying at Sirithorn & Felix's place and I once again appreciated the location Last year I stayed at another location, also in downtown Bangkok, but it looked empty and dark compared to Silom area Also having a 7-Eleven right across the building could not be underestimated, especially when you have to buy 5 liter water bottles every other day Walking to Sala Daeng BTS station or Sukhumvit MRT station is pretty quick Inside the room itself, the bed is nice, sheets and the blanket were clean, smooth and comfortable In the bathroom there is a large mirror which is always good Although there is no large countertop around the sink, there is a ledge under the mirror which is long and wide enough even for my stuff

It was great staying at Chonny’s place! The stay itself was very nice and was in a great location. We enjoyed using the pool and there was even a nice gym as well. There were three of us and we felt very comfortable in the space as well. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay.Great view from 29th floor. very close to BTS, and a 7-11 Has a well equipped gym and swimming pool. Neat, clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. The host communicates clearly and is available to answer your questions. Overall recommended for long term stays

Khomsan's apartment are really clean and nice. every room is cleans and very comfortable. the bathtoom is also very clean. overall the unot is great and worth the value and stay.
