Die Ostsee ist in 14 km erreichbar (Pool im Sommer!), Wald und Wiesen auf der Kühlung - der Jakobsweg führt durchs Dorf und der Wanderweg startet vor der Tür. Die Rehe springen am Rand der Pferde-Koppel und wer genau schaut, sieht den Fuchs und je nach Jahreszeit die Wildgänse, Störche oder Kraniche über den Hof fliegen und der Hahn kräht zu früh 🐓 (!). I have a vacation apartment here with about 80 sqm. The kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The other rooms are on the 2nd floor. Next to the entrance there is a terrace for your own use. Parking on a closed site would also be provided. The property is centrally located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Rerik, Heiligendamm and Warnemünde. All destinations can be reached in about 30 minutes. We also have a swimming lake in our town. Shopping facilities are on site.

Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.
