The Baltic Sea is 14 km away (pool in summer!), forest and meadows on the cooling - the Way of St. James leads through the village and the hiking trail starts in front of the door. The deer jump at the edge of the horse paddock, and if you look closely, you can see the fox and, depending on the season, the wild geese, storks or cranes flying over the farm, and the rooster crows too early 🐓 (!). I have a vacation apartment here with about 80 sqm. The kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The other rooms are on the 2nd floor. Next to the entrance there is a terrace for your own use. Parking on a closed site would also be provided. The property is centrally located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Rerik, Heiligendamm and Warnemünde. All destinations can be reached in about 30 minutes. We also have a swimming lake in our town. Shopping facilities are on site.

The apartment is located 30 m from the lake in the 200-year-old horse stable of the manor house. It was expanded in 2018 with a lot of clay and love. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free private sauna, large kitchen with fireplace and a terrace with beautiful views of the lake. From the jetty you can fish, swim or watch birds. There is free canoe, paddle boat, SUP, adventure playground with tree swing, fireplace, table tennis table, badminton, beach chair and sun loungers.

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.
