Welcome to El Refugio (The Refuge) Re-energize in this one bedroom apartment with queen size bed, living room, dining area, bath, and kitchen. Relax on your private deck overlooking a beautiful landscaped garden and magnificent year-round views of the Hudson River. Kayaking is allowed in the Hudson but not swimming. There is access to the river from the Malden Mini Park a short distance away. The apartment is part of a two family home but both units are very private and have separate entrances.

The spacious and bright studio apartment is located on Main Street literally seconds from fantastic shops, restaurants and galleries. In the summer months enjoy a private patio and shared garden. Cozy yet sleeps 4 -6 good friends or family comfortably- because there are several different cool areas to hang out & relax. There is a semi private bedroom ( shoji screen walls so not sound or light proof) a pull out Queen size bed in the living room and a full size bed in the sleeping loft.
