Designed for 2 adults (possibility of accommodating 1 child with folding bed or baby cot depending on age) parking space, free access at any time, gate and key box with code. 22 m2 studio with shower room and toilet, desk area and kitchen area. CHECK-IN AFTER 5PM DEPARTURES NO LATER THAN 11 A.M. only one pet allowed in the studio no pets alone in the studio dog must be leashed at all times

Fully independent studio-type accommodation. Quiet, large garden, close to city center. Private parking. Approximately 20 m2. Wi-Fi. Motorcycle garage available. It is also possible to take advantage of the 8X4 m swimming pool to be negotiated separately from the contract. Léon invites you to come and relax in this unique and quiet cabin on the edge of a pond in its green setting. 19 m2 chalet with 140 bed (possibility of extra bed for 1 person), equipped kitchenette, shower, private toilet outside, heating, shaded terrace, hammock, plancha... At your disposal: free boat, tandem rental, loan of bicycles for country rides, baptism in a vintage Peugeot 203 car by reservation. We accept one pet on a leash.

Château de Colombe Cottage/ Gîte de la Ferme

This romantic place to stay offers a history all its own. Belonging to the 17th century Château de Colombe next to it, this gîte is in a calm environment close to Bourges with its medieval center and world heritage Cathedral. Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. This fully renovated accommodation has private parking right in front. You enter a kitchen open to the living room with all amenities available (coffee, tea, etc...). The bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with all the linen prepared for your arrival. A modern shower room with towels, shower gel, shampoo. The washing machine is available. The property is also equipped with reversible air conditioning.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Berry countryside by staying in this charming, newly restored house! Independent house of 65 m2 with on the ground floor: a living room with open and equipped kitchen, a bathroom (Italian shower) + toilet. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom with 1 140 x 190 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 190 beds. Childcare equipment can be provided. Free Wi-Fi.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is located on the second floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park their car in the garden. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 Bourges highway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station.
