Bed linen and towels are provided. Nearby, Morvan lakes and leisure park.

It is located in a quiet village and: - 5 minutes from the Bierre-les-Semur toll (exit 23 via A6) -10 minutes from Semur-en-Auxois (Medieval city) -20 minutes from Morvan (Saulieu) It is also close to shops (Bakery, Maxi-Marché, pharmacy, beautician and hairdressers).

Parking is possible on the land, not enclosed, or along the Gueneau street, which is not very busy. We cannot accept pets. Access to the listing by two steps and exit to the back on the grounds by two steps as well. Village of 135 inhabitants; shops in Epoisses or Rouvray (8km)

The house is located in a quiet residential area to municipal facilities. It's very easy to park. 5 min walk to the city center. The wooded park is more than 3000 m2. It is therefore very practical for people with mobility problems. The living room is large and allows you to travel easily when you are numerous. According to the people who tested it we sleep well.
