A 5mn en voiture de tout commerce. RdC: pièce à vivre de 29 m2 avec poêle à bois et cuisine bien équipée + lave-linge Etage: 1 chambre+salle d'eau ( douche, WC ). Terrasse bien exposée, calme avec barbecue + jardin ensoleillé et ombragé avec transats.

We invite you to stay in our fully independent, stone land and sea country house, not overlooked, located in the heart of Cotentin close to all the must-see places to visit. The house is bright. The grounds are fenced to accommodate your four-legged friends. Beds are prepared on arrival, towels and tea towels provided. During the heating season, we charge 40 euros per week. (A wooden box provided)
