Sur 200m2, découvrez grand espace de vie sous une charpente apparente du XVIIIème siècle, doté d'une cuisine ouverte, d'une grande salle à manger-salon, d'un billard, d'un baby-foot, d'une terrasse plein sud et d'une piscine sécurisée, 4 chambres possédant chacune une salle de bain, et dans la tour.. un lit rond!

The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Breakfast is included!

Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Notre gîte, au milieu des vignes avec sauna et jacuzzi privatif se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine tout équipée (cafetière nescafé et dosettes fournies),d'un canapé lit, une salle d'eau ainsi qu'une grande chambre avec un lit 160×200. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une grande terrasse dominant le vignoble. Une pergola bioclimatique vous permet de vous détendre dans le jacuzzi toute l'année. Un sauna tonneau est aussi à disposition sur la terrasse.

In a rural environment, come and spend a quiet stay, in connection with nature, in the old sheepfold of our grandfather, refurbished in the Landes style. Au 1er étage, un studio cosy mansardé et climatisé avec une très belle vue sur les vignes du sauternais et les châteaux viticoles. Il y a un petit coin salon avec son canapé convertible une place ainsi qu’un lit confortable de 1 place
