The flat of 65m2 size is a new building with air conditioner, big balcony, free internal parking & with an excellent view to the lake and mountain. It's at 200 steps to public transport with which you can acces all the swiss public transport system. It's easy to get to the swiss highway by car. Entire location completely intended for AirBnb customers. Partying is prohibited.

The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

For rent, 2 room apartment (2 people max) on the 4th floor of an old building, quiet area, 10 min bus to Lausanne city center. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains.
