We had a great stay. Romain is a responsive, friendly, and patient host. His place is exactly as pictured and was relatively easy to find. You’ll need to rely on a rental car or taxi service for the location. Not ideal for people with mobility issues as only one room is on the bottom floor. The other rooms are accessible via a slim staircase. Two rooms are situated near each other with three rooms total in the main part of the house. The other two you access by walking in the courtyard. The space was great for our needs as we were several families traveling together, total of 9 people. We had the space to eat and spend time together while also have some time apart during our trip. A large grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. Béziers train station is roughly 12 minutes away. Romain met us for both check in and check out times and was flexible when our party had different arrival times. I’d recommend Romain’s place to anyone looking for a lovely holiday.

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. The house is impeccable and the services offered correspond to reality. Thank you again for this warm welcome! We recommend this property.

We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is also. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Ideal home for family vacations! Very well equipped for young and old, nice decor, bright house with spaces suitable for 10/12 people. Pleasant exteriors with space. Beautiful view of the pond and surroundings (splendid sunsets!) Safety at the pool, which is completely separate but still a little cool (due to cold wind and capricious weather) Recommended!

We came for a family weekend like home! And everything was up to our expectations, the whole place is thought out and perfectly equipped Our host is also very accommodating and responsive to our messages We were able to arrive earlier and leave later: what happiness! I recommend 100%!

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Listing is as described, heated pool is a real advantage Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend if you want to enjoy with friends or family

Great weekend spent in this villa! Super clean, super pool. The equipment is also at the level of the capacity of the villa: very large fridge and barbecue. Possibility of parking several cars in front of and in the villa. The concierge is super responsive and accommodating. Just a small note: the villa is in a residential area with very close neighbors, not necessarily identifiable in the photos.

Julie is always very responsive and gives all the useful info. The barbecue area and the terrace with large dining table are very nice. Quiet area and easy to park. The sea is 10 minutes away, either Valras-Plage or Sérignan plage. We'll be back

We had a very good time at Stephane's place. Communication with Adelaine was very fast and uncomplicated. The house is very well equipped and in a prime location.

We were 3 couples of friends, we passed in a gust of wind (1 night) but Emilie was very responsive and friendly through the messages. Regarding the accommodation, there is nothing to say, the photos are in line with reality and it was very clean. If we were to come back to the corners we will rent this place again without a second thought.

We stayed a weekend at Gaëtan and Joseph's, who are very available and attentive hosts. We were able to discover Béziers and beautiful places, whether cultural or gastronomic, thanks to their good advice. The apartment is really very clean and functional. Everything is within walking distance from the accommodation! Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness! We will definitely stay with them again if we have to come back to Béziers! Patrick's little house is quite exceptional. Nestled in the middle of the scrubland, it is very nicely decorated and benefits from an idyllic and peaceful setting. Despite the warmth of June, the house remains cool. The terrace is very pleasant at the end of the day. Patrick is very welcoming and very accommodating. The restaurant 2 minutes walk from the house is delicious and with excellent service. We really had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon.

Very pretty little old town house. Not a view from the terrace, but windless and cozy. 1000 mosquitoes everywhere. We really appreciated the village life. Everything around the corner, bakeries, groceries, bars and restaurants. Very good location for beautiful hikes through the water landscape and trips to Narbonne and Carcassonne.

We had a pleasant stay at Eudora and Thomas's. We enjoyed the warm welcome from our hosts, who are adorable! The same goes for their animals :) Thank you again for your attention and recommendations. We really recommend staying there, especially if you want to discover the beautiful Hérault region, because the accommodation allows quick access to several attractions in the area: beaches, most beautiful villages in France, gorges, lake, etc. Finally, the accommodation is a real little cocoon, tastefully decorated, perfect for relaxing after our good days of sightseeing! The passage of a few trains nearby did not bother us.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos, clean, practical, with all the necessary amenities and tastefully decorated. Beds are made on arrival, towels are available, as well as cleaning and bathroom beds. The Valras Loc teams are very friendly, responsive, and give good advice.
