Superbe maison individuelle, piscine privée et chauffée, grande terrasse bois aménagée avec vue imprenable sur la vallée. Le gîte dispose d'une cuisine intégrée, d'un séjour, un espace salon au rez de chaussée, 2 grandes suites parentale avec vue, douche XL, lit 160 cm, une chambre standard avec douche et deux lits jumelables. Grande terrasse avec piscine, coin salon, transats et espace repas avec barbecue.

In the heart of the Drôme Provençale, in a green landscape, you will appreciate the charm, calm and sweetness of the place. The farmhouse is composed of 3 cottages and our home. The "courtyard side" cottage is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people. It has a living room with equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Fully equipped (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, armchairs and outdoor table, above-ground pool...). We will be available to guide you according to your wishes.

Bienvenue au cœur du village médiéval de Rochemaure, idéalement situé dans une rue calme à proximité de la Via-Rhôna. Ici, au rez-de-chaussée d'une charmante maison de village, vous découvrirez une ancienne galerie d'art métamorphosée en un gîte chaleureux tout confort d'environ 45 mètres carrés. ( a noter qu'il est possible pour les cyclistes de mettre leur vélos dans la pièce à vivre) notre logement est également équipé d'un système de luminothérapie à disposition gratuitement - voir photos

Close to the center of the village, between Drôme Provençale and Ardèche, on the way to the hilltop villages, the Le Perchoir apartment located on the first floor of a family house will welcome you for a relaxing or professional stay and discovery of the surroundings. Numerous visits nearby: Vercors, the Ardèche gorges, Grignan Castle and its festivities, Nyons and its delicious olive oil, discovery of the Cotes du Rhône, numerous hikes and swimming to discover.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 beaks to the Mont Ventoux. This peaceful place consists of a queen size bed as well as a sofa bed for one person ( or 2 children ), a beautiful bathroom and a kitchen lounge area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. You can also enjoy many hikes.

On site there are 3 bedrooms with 2 person beds, plus if needed a large sofa that can accommodate two more people, a living environment that is vintage with all modern comforts.

The "Gîte Perché", in Drôme provençale

The Gîte Perché has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 people (5 extra). It was set up in the renovated wing of a beautiful stone house located within the castle, at the top of the medieval village of Sauzet, in Drôme provençale. It meets the ruins of the castle and a 12th century church, quiet and a few minutes' walk from the village shops. The house received the Heritage Foundation Label, recognizing the quality of the renovation.
