The house is an early 1900s trullo, completely renovated, equipped with heating and air conditioning, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with nightstands, reading lamps and a wardrobe. In the living room, equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster and espresso coffee machine, there is a sofa bed; it is possible to cook and dine at a table for 4 people. From the living room you can access the bathroom equipped with washing machine, hot water, all the bathroom fixtures (toilet, sink, bidet, shower with cabin). Outside, there is an equipped AIA.

The whole guest house called "il Colle del noce" is composed of two houses: "Ulivo" and "Ciliegio", which can be rent individually as from this announcement. Ancient Saracen Trullo just renovated suitable for a couple. In a single space, an area with a double bed, a small kitchen equipped with everything and a dishwasher, a bathroom with a large shower and a private veranda with an umbrella, deck chairs and a small table have been created. The trullo is not isolated but located in an area with 2 other trulli used for rentals (a very small village). In front of the trullo there is a pine forest with a relaxation area and plenty of space to walk.
