benoît's house is functional ,well maintained, tastefully furnished, very beautiful view on the village of Saint-Vincent-de-Barrès from the veranda, beautiful pool. Everything is present for a pleasant holiday.

New construction in a very quiet subdivision. The quality of the equipment offered in the accommodation is very high. The outdoor space is nice. Accessibility is very easy and we are 10 minutes from the city center ❤️ Highly responsive and caring host. Very nice place. Accommodation as in the photos. We enjoyed the little surprise with pastries one morning. We can see that they are people who do everything to make us have a good time. The place is quiet despite being very close to the city of Montelimar. We'll keep the address in mind. If we come back to the region and the accommodation is free, we'll try our luck.

The place is very well located. Everything can be done on foot or by car (shops, restaurants, parks, etc.). The accommodation is very clean, comfortable especially in terms of temperature (good insulation and air conditioning at the top) for summer and heatwave. In terms of nuisance, no worries, if there is noise outside (which is rare), you can barely hear it, it's good when you have light sleep. And the host was kind from start to finish. If I could do it again, it would be my pleasure!

A piece of paradise in the middle of the vineyards. Véronique and Pascal are charming and very discreet. We were able to discuss their passion and their art with them. They are fascinating. Our accommodation was perfect, just like the description. The ceilings are low upstairs but as indicated in the description, no surprise. Perfect bedding and a very nice soothing decoration. I highly recommend it. We'll be back, I think.

I had a very good extended weekend. The studio is sufficient for one or even two intimate people. Being close to the city center and a Biocoop is an undeniable asset. It would be good to refresh the shutters and garden furniture with a good coat of paint. The whole is quite sufficient for an extended weekend in good conditions.

We stayed a week in the little cottage and it was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of peace and quiet and a little sun in November. The place had an oven that made it even cozier in the evening. There are many small details that show that Fabian cares a lot about the accommodation and his guests. We would definitely come back. It was a really nice time!
