What an incredible getaway at Las Cumbres! It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place is absolutely stunning, and the cabin exceeded all our expectations! There’s so much to explore nearby, making it an adventure-filled retreat. Our stay was simply delightful, and the host delivered outstanding service that truly made our experience unforgettable. We didn't want this vacation to end! This place was so beautiful and quiet. The pool, bar and outdoor kitchen were perfect. So well designed. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking the grounds and picking up fresh mangoes, coconuts, limes, starfruit and bananas. The wonderful scent of the ylang ylang trees was everywhere. Absolutely amazing. The house was spacious and we loved the doors of every room and the beautiful arched windows. Great architecture! The towels smelt fresh and were of great quality. The welcome book was truly helpful. Any question we had - the answer was in there. Very well done! One week was just not enough.

We had a life changing truly wonderful experience here. We are a family of four with boys aged 10 and 12. I can't recommend this house more highly for a couple or family. It is right in the rainforest and we saw Coati (a type of Costa Rican racoon), monkeys (we had to wait until day 10 for this treat!), a tayrah, toucans and much more. Augustin and Kendry (a husband and wife team) act as the concierge for the house and could not have been more friendly and helpful. Augustin met us very late at night near the village of Portalon and escorted us to the house. This was invaluable as we'd travelled for over 24 hours and driven 3 hours in the dark from the airport. We had a problem with the AC but Augustin resolved it within hours. We've written a ton of recommendations in the guest book so if you go look out for these. Thank you Kendry and Augustin for helping to make our stay so special, Warm wishes, Frances and Gareth.

AMAZING! Brendon, Moises, and the area all exceeded expectations! I would give more stars on my rating if it were possible. The home is a vacation in itself and the surrounding area is full of adventures. Just from the pool area at the home, you can see mountains, jungle, ocean, river and an abundance of wildlife! Then you get in a car and drive 20min to experience all of those same things up close and personal. If you love outdoors, wildlife and you have an adventurous spirit to try new things, this is the place to be at! The region still has some of the remoteness of less developed areas alongside all the conveniences of developed areas within a short drive. This is hands down our favorite stay we have had and we have been to a lot of places! We stayed 2 weeks here and can’t wait to come back! The home is modern comfortable and has the most spectacular views I have ever seen. Loved having my coffee and just seeing all the Macaw’s, Toucan’s, parrots, and numerous wildlife every day!

I couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb!! My husband and I booked Brian & Karla’s Casita for a week to enjoy our honeymoon. I wish we’d booked it even longer. This place has a way of making you feel completely unplugged from society, all the while being as modern as it gets. Pictures don’t do it justice! The wrap around balcony was perfect for evening sunsets, and the inside of the Casita was a perfect place to relax after adventuring Costa Rica. The Casita is a short drive down the mountain to Dominical, which has tons of local restaurants - Brian’s recommendations were spot on! You are also super close to Nuayaca Waterfalls, Uvita, and Manuel Antonio! Brian is an amazing host and quickly responded whenever we had questions. Him and his wife even made us dinner one night. We highly recommend this airbnb and we would book at Brian’s 1000x over! Pura Vida

A beautiful cabin in a secluded area surrounded by nature. The cabin can get really hot, but with the two fans we were able to get a good nights rest. The views were stunning and the cabin was really clean!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home tucked into the jungle. The setting is very serene, with the sound of the river always in the background and the plethora of wildlife all around. The bed was very comfy, so a good nights rest was practically guaranteed. There are a few things I would note for anyone considering the home, especially if this is your first visit to the area. It is a 10+ minute rocky drive to the home off the main road, not a big deal with a sturdy car. Especially during rainy season, there’s a good chance you’ll lose power at some point, but seems to be restored quickly. Most places, including this home, discouraged you from flushing toilet paper, an adjustment from home. Being that this place is so small, there’s not a ton of privacy between the bathroom and bedroom, and the living area is not meant for lounging. That’s what the outdoor spaces are for! This was an experience unlike any other we’ve had in our previous visits to CR, I highly recommend it!

We loved that place, ideal to go and escape from the city. It has all what you need
