Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Savegre de Aguirre

This place was perfect for us, two adults and two kids (12 and 9 yrs old). We had originally planned on staying at another place higher on the hill until we realized the road to get there was insanely steep and challenging to navigate, especially during the rainy season. Eric’s place was easy to get to, with a friendly security guard monitoring traffic into the neighborhood. The view was AMAZING, the beds were comfy and the pool was clean and refreshing. Great location for exploring other beaches and the towns of Dominical and Uvita and an easy 1.25 hr drive south to Sierpe for a mangrove boat tour (which was awesome) or to access Corcovado NP. Eric and Fabiola were wonderful and very helpful hosts. First-timer advice: if you’re renting a car, go with a smaller 4x4, we got a Hyundai Kona. Barely fits our luggage, but easy to navigate on narrow Costa Rican roads and small parking spaces.

Phenomenal property, beautiful, private, secure. We spent a lot of time in the great pool. Well appointed with every we needed. Expensive by Costa Rican standards but well worth it!

If Casa Serena is available BOOK IT now!!! The most wonderful, magical place I have ever stayed! The house and property are perfect with amazing views, wildlife, plants, waterfalls, comfy beds, beautiful pool, and more. Wai, the concierge, helped me from the moment I booked until the moment we left. He always responded quickly and helped me plan our itinerary, from activities, private chef our first night (did not want to worry about food after a long travel day), transportation, beach and restaurant recommendations. He was invaluable and can't brag on him enough! Gera the housekeeper is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She kept the place spotless including laundry, dishes and the best starfruit juice made from a tree right on the property! I know it can't be guaranteed but we did have a troop of Capuchin monkeys come and eat and play in the trees surrounding the veranda on our first morning. We loved Costa Rica and Casa Serena! Pura Vida!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Vanessa was great to work with! Unfortunately we were only there three nights. Vanessa arranged a private chef for the day we arrived. It was my son’s 18th birthday and it was great to have a delicious meal prepared for us after a day traveling. She also handled ordering food delivery for us one night! The access/shuttle to the beach club was great and once again Vanessa took care of that for us as well. We spent the last day at Manuel Antonio National Park with a naturalist that was arranged for us and she was fantastic. The property had a wonderful view and felt very private at the top of the mountain. The kitchen had all that we needed and the pool was a great way to finish each day. If we return to this area we will definitely stay here again!

Such an awesome location! The beach out front was great, the house was so perfect, lots of space to spend out! The outdoor shower was amazing! They were super helpful with getting us reservations for dinner and tickets to the park. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The shared area has laundry and a pool table my kids loved. 10/10!

Wow, just wow. I visited with my elderly parents and brother, even though the stairs are a little steep (we knew this prior to booking), everyone was blown away by the experience, view and service provided by the property. Well worth it! Everything exceeded expectations. Definitely was an executive experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home and the views are amazing, beautiful and inspiring. The pictures really do not do it justice. We loved all of the pet visitors. We met boo-boo and Tigre, the cats and Doby the neighboring dog that also greeted us on our first day in coming up the path. They were adorable and a fun bonus! The hosts were very responsive and friendly and gave local recommendations as well. Thank you for having us! My favorite part was driving on the road that gets you up to the location. It requires 4x4 drive. It is an intimidating and humbling drive , but a lot of fun! After the second or so drive it gets easier to maneuver. The location is also central to everything. It is further out than staying in the tourist locations, but it’s totally worth it. Thank you!

This place was amazing. The balcony overlooking the forest is beautiful and we saw so many different birds and animals just hanging out on the patio with the binoculars. The place was initially a little difficult to find but the hose was very responsive. Definitely beneficial to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. It’s up in the hills and the roads leading to the place are unpaved. But we overall LOVED the location. The place was as described and the host helped coordinate an amazing guide for the park. Overall amazing experience.

The place in the photos looks a little bigger than it is, but it's very beautiful and enough for two people. Everything is decorated with simplicity and feels cozy. The view is incredible, you spend a very peaceful night with the silence of nature and a view of the entire GAM. It's easy to access. The kitchen is stocked. Everything was great.

Really unique stay - group of apartments surrounding a common bar/pool area on a hillside in Quepos. More like a hotel than an air bnb. Initially we were panicked by the steep drive and seemingly isolated location, but actually it is within walking distance of the marina, quepos town and the farmers market. The nature of manuel Antonio means transport is necessary to get around so ensure you have a car or are happy to get taxis/buses. The views are fabulous and we saw so much wildlife from our balcony. The family, Saul and sandy were all so welcoming and helpful, gave us good food recommendations and provided a taxi service. Marta organised a guide for Manuel Antonio and Henry was fantastic, we had an amazing day with him. We didn’t have any food here but the cocktails were 10/10.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The spaces is beautiful and centrally located while feeling tucked away. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We really loved watching the sunrise from the tower that overlooks the mountains down to the beach, it is worth the early alarm on vacation! Jason was super helpful and gave us great advice for navigating Manuel Antonio and avoiding common pitfalls, thank you!

The hostess is very kind and communicative. The beautiful place, a great view of the sea, very tidy, clean, very quiet, the beautiful nature.

Great place to stay to visit all that Manuel Antonio has on offer, close to restaurants, supermarkets and bus very convenient for beach and national park. Yosue was especially helpful and communicative ☺️

This place is beautiful, absolutely amazing views, the food at the hotel is fantastic. We had monkeys and tucans within 20' of the balcony. if this is available you should book it

Great place. Central location. You can easily walk to some really great restaurants. The apartment itself is clean and super comfortable. The pool on the property was great. Only down side is that the noise from outside easily travels into the room. Bring some ear plugs just incase.

Perfect location between Emilio's Cafe and Hotel Mariposa. We walked to every fantastic meal we enjoyed. Loved the pool and the monkeys. Host's assistant Hector was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!!

Great communication with Joe and his caretaker Yony, who is available and very helpful. It is an excellent rental choice for someone who wants to work and enjoy at the same time. Upon arrival, the fridge made a loud sound, and when asked, Joe immediately suggested I switch to another unit until he could fix the issue, which was perfect. During my one-month stay, I had a noise issue (a neighbor in a house nearby who was listening to loud music for one day), but Joe and Yony solved the problem immediately. I asked Yony several times about things, and he always helped me. Knowing Costa Rica for years, I value this quality of service and responsiveness much more than a better price or more amenities. This is why I highly recommend this rent, especially if you want to stay more than 1 or 2 nights.

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

It was a wonderful place, like a little paradise in the middle of the nature, with a variety of tropical plants,shrubs, beautiful flowers 🌺 and trees . We heard the birds, monkeys, saw beautiful macaws and other birds, little monkeys came on the garden. The pool was so refreshing on the hot days. Hazel was a wonderful host, answering promptly to our questions. We loved the place, for sure we will be back. Pasamos un tiempo maravilloso, el lugar es un pequeño paraíso en el medio de la jungla, sus plantas, arbustos y flores hermosas adornan el entorno. Escuchamos el canto de los pajaritos, vimos guacamayas, los monitos pasaron por el jardín. La piscina fue refrescante en los días de calor. Hazel fué una excelente anfitriona, contestaba prontamente nuestras preguntas. Nos encantó el lugar y por seguro volveríamos a quedarnos.

We really liked the apartment! Very convenient location, there are restaurants nearby and places to go to know. Pool access was very close, equal to beach access. Very happy with the rooms, the kitchen was equipped, the bathrooms worked perfect. The entire apartment had air conditioning. We really enjoyed spending the night on the terrace after dinner. I would come back again no problem!

Great hosts! They were extremely responsive and very helpful! The accomodation was great location and spacious! Highly recommend!!
