È a disposizione degli ospiti con un’aerea relax in completa privacy con mini piscina SPA, tavolo attrezzato e un barbecue. La villa è composta da un ampia cucina con tutti i comfort, una sala con BIGLIARDO con CALCIO BALILLA e due bagni. Tutte le camere sono dotate di SMART TV. Inoltre, la zona notte da due camere da letto con letto matrimoniale , entrambe dotate di jacuzzi e una cabina doccia idro e cromoterapia .

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.
