House ideally located in a wine village (18) in the heart of the Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike route. Village church listed as a historical monument. Visit the wineries with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. A charging station for electric/hybrid cars is available upon request for a fee of €10 per day.

Maison Henri[ette] This is the story of memories, family celebrations, and vacations. I bought the house of my grandparents Henri and Henriette, in Léré in the Cher department. I got the idea to make it a friendly place to live. The @maison_henri_ette is born and available for rent. You will find 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets on site. Guests can enjoy 2 kitchens, a friendly living room and a dining room, not to mention a beautiful backyard.

"La Homerie" Cottage in the heart of nature

"La Homerie" is a very beautiful 220 m2 thatched cottage surrounded by nature, facing a 1.8 hectare pond. Wooded park, forest and terrace with barbecue. Composed of a ground floor with equipped kitchen and large living room, as well as a floor with bathroom and bedrooms. Very quiet, rest assured, unique in the area. In case of pets, please ask us beforehand. The house is non-smoking. Ideal base for visiting Sancerre! Fishing rights not included.

Gîte for 6 people, 2 bedrooms (160 x 200 bed and 2 90 x 200 single beds) and sofa bed in the living room. Excellent quality bedding. Beds made on arrival. Living/dining room with TV-Wifi.
