Logement de 60m2 au 1er étage d’une maison de famille centenaire dotée d’un superbe jardin arboré de 3000 m2 Très facile d’accès par la rocade, il se situe à : - 5 min en voiture (30 min à pieds) du centre ville et 10 min de l'A71, - 3 min de l'école militaire de Bourges, - 15 min de la base d’Avord, - proximité de toutes les commodités : supermarché, station service, pharmacie, coiffeur, boulangerie. Parking gratuit bus gratuit (arrêt à 100 m) pour rejoindre le centre-ville en 10 min.

Agréable maison aménagée dans une dépendance de notre résidence principale. A moins de 10min de Bourges, le logement se compose d'une grande pièce de vie (avec un poêle à bois) et de 2 chambres avec salle d'eau, rénové récemment. Les draps et les serviettes de toilettes sont fournies. Il n'y a pas de télévision. L'accès à la cour est autorisée uniquement pour accéder au logement ( bassin d'eau non sécurisé et puit). N'hésitez pas à nous écrire pour aménager des horaires ou des dates!

My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. You will appreciate the location and charm of "the little house" so that you have a pleasant stay in our beautiful region. We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in, which justifies the cleaning fee.

The cottage des Alouettes is located in the district of Les Vignes 4 km from the village of Farges in Septaine and less than 2 km from Avord, between Bourges and Nevers. It is very close to the military base (10/15 minute walk). The cottage is independent in a common area with us. It is a few miles from the most beautiful buildings in the area.
