Cinque giorni sono stati troppo pochi rispetto all'esperienza di soggiorno in questo paradiso rilassante e rigenerante in un contesto da favola, silenzioso e tranquillo.. esattamente ciò che cercavo! L'ho trovata dopo un'attenta ricerca e devo dire che già dall'annuncio era l'ideale, una volta arrivato ho potuto constatare che rispecchiava perfettamente le mie aspettative ! La struttura si presenta pulitissima, ordinatissima, moderna e completa di tutto, non manca veramente nulla dai servizi alle sorprese lasciate dai proprietari in cucina, che non ti aspetti e che apprezzi moltissimo :) Host gentilissimi e disponibili che ringrazio infinitamente per l'ospitalità. La piscina (bellissima) potrebbe sembrare l'elemento differenziante ma in realtà il vero plus è il balcone più grande che si affaccia su una distesa verde dei campi super pacificante. Grazie al tipo di soggiorno che ho trascorso qui posso ricominciare a lavorare del tutto riposato e rilassato, tornerò appena potrò !

Appartamento nuovo super confortevole e provvisto di tutto il necessario. Posizionato realmente a 100 metri dal mare con possibilità di spiaggia libera e privata. Supermercati vicini e raggiungibili in pochi minuti con la macchina. Aria condizionata H24 insomma super consigliato.

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

Wir waren mit unseren vier Kindern in Marcos Haus und es war einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir je hatten. Das Haus liegt wunderschöne am Ende einer kleinen Straße, zwischen Weinbergen und Natur. Der Blick vom Haus und Balkon aufs Meer ist einfach wunderschön. wir verbrachten Stunden damit einfach nur aufs Meer zu schauen. 🙂🤩 im Haus ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. ausreichend Betten, Bettwäsche, Geschirr usw. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, Hat Marco sofort reagiert und geholfen. danke für diesen schönen Urlaub, danke fürs teilen dieses Juwels. wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch Mal wieder.

Emplacement idéal. Très facile à trouver grâce à la vidéo filmée par Claudio. Il est très réactif et toujours disponible. L'appartement est très grand, propre et bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour avec nos 3 enfants.

Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf in de Airbnb van Alberto! Wat dit verblijf voor mij echt bijzonder maakte, is dat het aanvoelde als thuiskomen. Vanaf het moment dat ik binnenkwam, voelde ik me op mijn gemak. De warme sfeer, de kleine persoonlijke details en de gastvrije ontvangst maakten het tot veel meer dan zomaar een overnachtingsplek. Alles was perfect geregeld: Alberto is snel bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst was de accommodatie kraaknet en sfeervol ingericht met oog voor detail. De locatie was ideaal – dicht bij de zee en op wandelafstand van het centrum. Het bed lag heerlijk en de lakens roken heel lekker. Ik reis regelmatig, maar zulke plekken waar je écht tot rust komt en je jezelf kunt zijn, zijn zeldzaam. Deze Airbnb is er zo één – een plek waar je even op adem kunt komen, en waar je met een glimlach aan terugdenkt. Ik kom hier absoluut graag terug!

Appartamento situato sulla strada principale che porta da un lato all’altro di Francavilla. Situato a due passi dal mare e dalla ciclabile del lungomare. Fornitissimo di tutti i servizi nella zona . Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e ben curato.

My family and I had a great time, the location near the beach is ideal, especially when you have little children and elderly parents. I loved the outdoor shower, was amazing to be able to have a shower and remove salt and sand before entering the home, this helped to keep the house clean. Although, the home is far from Francavilla’s city centre, there were plenty of restaurants, gelaterias and coffee places to go in walking distance. The home has all you need, very well equipped for a family holiday. Fabian was very approachable and helpful! Overall, we had a great time, we enjoyed the house greatly, even our daughter made friends with the neighbour daughter and they had a great time playing on the only rainy day we had. We hope to return another time.
