Independent studio located at 5 minutes walk from the center of Saint Gervais and 10 minutes walk from the ski slopes (A bus is also available at 300m from the appartment). The 22 square meter studio has been renovated in December 2017., and is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, and TV. It has an autonomous heating and 1 parking spot. This cozy apartment has a magnificent view of the mountains and of the valley. In short; everything to spend a very pleasant holiday.

In the heart of the large park of the Île d 'Amour, independent, quiet and warm studio room (wood and mountain atmosphere, with a library dedicated to travel), you will be close to everything : Grenoble, campus, mountains (Chartreuse and Belledonne), Parc de l' Amour, shops, bus stop (direct line Grenoble and train station), bike paths, major highways. The plus : you will be able to chat with Jean-Michel (journalist, writer, mountaineer), about his trips and his Himalayan climbs.

Apartment 2 steps from the lake

Come and recharge your batteries in a quiet and peaceful place. Direct access to the Sierroz (river) allows you to reach the lake (10-min walk) or the supermarket (4 min). A bus stop 250 m away takes you to the city center and the spa. The accommodation includes a living room (kitchen + living room) a bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room. My wife Aurélie will also be happy to welcome you to her office for a wellness treatment (massages, reiki), to complete your stay.

Apartment in chalet at the foot of the mountains, on the east bank of Lake ANNECY, ideally located in a very quiet area, magnificent view of the castle of Menthon St Bernard and the lake. Close to the ski resorts: La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and the Aravis massif for winter sports and summer for beautiful hikes. Also close to the lake with its water activities. Annecy is 15 minutes away, bus station nearby. South-facing for relaxing moments on the terrace.
