This place was perfect. We were there for 3 nights and 3 days. Everything matched the listing. In addition, Maria is a great host, attentive to our needs and very responsive. I highly recommend this accommodation and these hosts, they do everything to allow their guests to arrive in the best conditions.

And the activities in the surroundings are at their best! Paragliding, e-bike tour of the lake and beautiful hikes! We'll most certainly be back!

We had a lovely stay with friends. The place is good for a dozen people. Ideally located half an hour from the lake, and 40 minutes from Aix. Thanks to Annika for her responsiveness and kindness.

We had a really good time staying at Jean-Claude’s place. The location was nice and peaceful with amazing scenery, with just a short walk to a nice bakery and the lake. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped to live in. Jean-Claude and his wife were super friendly and helpful.

Very good house

We had a lovely stay at Séverine's. the house really looks like the description. It's perfectly equipped, almost new, very nice. Quiet is much appreciated The welcome by Séverine adds a friendly touch to our arrival. The area is magnificent and when the sun invites itself it is even better. Thank you to Séverine and her family for a great stay. I recommend it 2000% and I would come back without hesitation.

We had a great time at Patrick's place with my friends. The place is spacious and comfortable, the hot tub is very nice. Thanks to Patrick for the welcome and kindness, as well as his flexibility for check-in and checkout. I recommend it!

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Marie-Laure's place. The house is located in a quiet area near the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed to enjoy the garden and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.

Had a fantastic stay. The location is very nice and suitable when you go on holiday with the whole family. Even when the weather is bad, you can have a good time here.

The welcome given to us by our hosts was excellent, this chalet is very comfortable and ideally located to discover the beautiful Oisans region.

We recommend this listing for a quiet vacation! This accommodation is very well equipped: swimming pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong table, foosball, pool buoy, board games, plancha, bbq etc. Communication with Pierre-Yves and Huguette was easy and they sent us several explanatory videos on: arrival, use of the accommodation's amenities... etc. Which was very much appreciated! The welcome (but also the departure) is very warm: breakfast and drinks for the first aperitif were waiting for us upon arrival. We also needed a 2nd baby bed, and Pierre-Yves and Huguette made sure to provide us with one. Thank you! We had to move our departure forward and our hosts kindly made themselves available to be present.

The house is well-equipped, perfect location with the lake a few minutes walk. Breathtaking views of the mountains from the pool!

absolutely fantastic few days at Thomas's place, very friendly host always responsive and very helpful, loved the chickens, the chicken eggs, the late nights by the pool, the most stunning surroundings and views all around, Thomas's place has everything you could possibly need and more, only wish we stayed longer! we look forward to returning again, thanks again 👍

We had a fantastic week at Alain’s place. The property is in a great location, very quiet and peaceful but within a few mins drive of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The property is extremely clean and well equipped and it was fantastic to jump in the pool after a day of sightseeing or hiking. The wine and biscuits were a lovely welcoming touch. I would absolutely recommend Alain’s place.

Wonderful stay in this comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation... my friends and I were very happy with these returns from the slopes by the fireplace and this warm atmosphere like at home... a special note for Tom who checks all the boxes of kindness, availability to efficiency... thanks to him for his invaluable help 😊🌺👏

Feedback We were here on a family vacation (with 2 children and grandma) and were totally thrilled! The house has a great location with a fantastic view of the lake, which can be reached in no time by car or bike. The furnishings are very tasteful and nothing is missing. Especially the kids were nonstop in the pool, which is a real highlight. And also the communication worked smoothly and Sylvie was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

We had a lovely week at Villa Armonia and the hosts were very amenable. The garden, hot tub and pool were great and a short drive to the village where you can find everything you need. Doussard beach a five minute drive. Highly recommend
