Enter the garden with towering trees through a private driveway outside this breathtaking, secluded villa still in the heart of Crocetta. The perfect retreat for a Turin stage, the home spans three floors with ample space and a grand aesthetic. It is not just a unique dwelling in its style and in its elegance , but also a strategic location. Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

L'alloggio offre un ampio soggiorno con divano letto da 1 piazza 1/2, una camera matrimoniale per il massimo relax, una cucina attrezzata con forno, microonde e macchina per il caffè a cialde. Vicino alla tangenziale e di fronte alla fermata del tram e pullman per centro città, stazione. Sanificato con tecnologia ad ozono prima di ogni affitto.

Siamo a pochi passi dalla Reggia di Venaria. L'appartamento è così composto: living con TV, divano letto matrimoniale, cucina, servizi e camera da letto con cabina armadio. È ricco di ogni confort: 2 TV, rete Wi Fi veloce, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, riscaldamento a pavimento ed aria condizionata. Essendo in pieno centro, siamo in zona ZTL. Non fatevi spaventare dal ancora in fase di ristrutturazione. Perfetto per un soggiorno culturale, una visita nel Parco della Mandria o all’ Allianz Stadium.

Appartamento impeccabile per ordine e fornitura di opzioni per colazione e primo rinfresco, caffè, brioche, merendine, acqua, burro, marmellata, etc... In bagno shampoo e saponi, idem per lavatrice. Molto comodi i ventilatori a centro camera . Nel complesso una sistemazione raccomandabile a due passi dalla reggia (l'ingresso al giardino laterale non è più attivo)

Ottimo appartamento a due passi dalla Reggia di Venaria. Facilmente raggiungibile grazie alle indicazioni dell'host. Ampio parcheggio a circa 200 metri a piedi (1€ l'ora di giorno, gratis la domenica). Comodo per raggiungere il centro di Torino in auto (circa 20 minuti). Soggiorno molto ampio con divano letto Due camere comode Cucina completa. CONSIGLIATO

Bamboo House ! 100 m2 - terrazzo - parking !

We had a great experience staying at Bertrand's apartment during a very hot week in June. We had a work welcome by Elena, who let us into the property and showed us around, including the hidden washing machine in the downstairs bathroom:) The apartment is as described, with a king-sized bed upstairs and very comfortable sofa bed(s) on the ground floor. Additionally, there's a door at the top of the stairs that separates the two floors, providing more privacy. We enjoyed sitting outside the property in the evening after a long day of sightseeing (I recommend Sacre San Michele for any Name of the Rose fans), and we even got to meet Bertrand there. The apartment is in an enclosed courtyard, with its own parking spot, so it couldn't be more convenient. The building is close to the river and very central, making it the ideal choice for a stay in Turin.
