Monthly Rentals in Sawtell

The Cubby House was the perfect place for us to stay for a night while traveling from QLD to Central West NSW. It has a great friendly feel to it and has everything you need plus thoughtful touches like chocolate, chilled water, milk, fruit, a coffee machine and a portable cot on request. It’s a short drive to Sawtell which is full of amazing restaurants, stunning beaches and scenic walks. Highly recommend staying here 🙌

Wonderful location. Cosy apartment, was a great stay. Very clear instructions which was super helpful. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the daybed. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend

Fiona has honestly earned her 5 star rating. We've never had the chance to stay in a 5 star rated AirBnb, and this did not disappoint. It's pristine, well thought out and everything is easy to find and access. It's a beautiful bungalow and Fiona should be very proud of her hosting capabilities. The beautiful beach and town are practically right out the door.

This small discreet accomodation is great for anyone passing through Sawtell or planning to stay a while. It was cosy, clean and felt private to the main house (though literally next door). It was super helpful that this accomodation was pet friendly also. I would happily stay here again. I touched base on my way due to flood warnings in the area the hosts were helpful in assisting me navigate this. Incredible friendly people.
