Everything worked out great, the apartment is very centrally located - it was a great stay!

We had a lovely up in the nicest little apartment. Nicely furnished, new renovated kitchen and bathroom. cozy balcony with morning sun. with short walking distance to town and the surrounding hiking trails the apartment has a perfect location. A suggestion for kitchen range could be an oven or airfryer, otherwise nothing to note. We thank Carsten for a super lovely stay, we will definitely be back kind regards, Gitte and Kim

Denny is a fantastic host! Communication was smooth and effortless. We arrived late because of a business trip, and he kindly waited to hand us the keys in person. The apartment is spotless and has a charming, artsy vibe—it truly feels like home. Conveniently located near lots of trendy bars and restaurants, with a tram line just nearby that takes you straight to the city center. We had an amazing stay and definitely plan to return! :)

The location, the cleanliness, the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts - really tip top! Absolutely recommended. You can walk relatively quickly to the city center and at night it is very quiet. You can only hear the rescue helicopters taking off and landing at the clinic from time to time, but that didn't bother us. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Good reception, easy check-in and check-out, very clean. TV is a bit unfortunate, bed linen and bed were excellent. Gladly again.

We stayed in HOME Suite 5 and felt very comfortable. Both the communication with the landlord and the holiday apartment support on site were friendly, fast and professional. We had a small technical issue and could have had an electrician in the apartment the next day to fix that. We didn't want to spend our vacation days with craftsmen appointments and therefore gratefully declined, but were really enthusiastic about the commitment! The apartment is very chic and well maintained. The bathroom is a bit smaller than we had expected, but we were enthusiastic about the large balcony: here you can park several bicycles if you are in the Harz for biking! We will be happy to come back :)

Very nice apartment. We felt very comfortable. 10 min walk to the village, everything was easy to reach even without a car. Despite the bad weather, time flew by. Surely the sauna in the apartment helped a little. 😉 We will be happy to come back!

Great 5 day holiday with friends in Max's mansion, it was very nice. Max is a pleasant person and his love for the house& farm is obvious. Communication impeccable and accommodating, Max was always on hand if we needed/asked anything. Everything is as shown in the photos and in the description. Very quiet area, the yard is off the beaten path. There were ten of us, room more than enough. Great kitchen and great big dining table, spacious double bedrooms. We did not find the pillows so comfortable, possibly take our own with us. On that there is only one (nice big!) There is a bathroom, you have to be prepared, but you know it beforehand. An old house creaks, so have earplugs with you. We shared the courtyard/terrace and sauna with the apartment neighbors, also here only nice encounters. Especially recommended: the riding club in the village, 10-15 min walk. Claudi has had a nice morning with angel patience at and with the horses. I'd love to come back.

Very kind owner, very communicative with rules. The apartment is very clean, fully equipped kitchen, large TV, fast internet.

This is a wonderful accommodation for a trip to the Harz. A very nicely maintained house with plenty of space and sleeping arrangements. We were there with 6 guys and both the center of the city is very easy to reach, as well as many hiking trails. Communication with René was great, he proactively approached us to report to the tourist office and gave us good tips at check-in. The sauna is a highlight in the house and a blessing after a long hike.

The accommodation is really very nice, fully equipped, is in a top location and is quiet. The large garden invites you to chill and grill, dogs also feel very comfortable and are welcome! Marcel is an attentive host who was always available in advance and during the stay!

We enjoyed the extended weekend at Lake Park Auenhain very much, we can highly recommend the house and the settlement, especially for families. After booking, we had contact directly with the reception of the lake park (by email and phone), very fast and uncomplicated communication. The house had everything you need, various things (e.g. cot, high chair, barbecue) could be booked. The house is close to the lake, only a 10-15 minute walk, all accessible. In the lake you can swim, it has playgrounds, a restaurant, etc. In the settlement itself there is also a restaurant, which we can highly recommend too! Since everything is in the countryside and close to the water, there are mosquitoes, most rooms had corresponding nets on the windows. If you want to inquire about possibilities in the settlement as well as in the area, just check the website of the settlement. Overall a very good value for money, we would book again anytime!

We loved staying at Cindy’s place! It is very clean, beautiful, spacious and comfortable. I could not recommend it more!

We moved into the accommodation for two for 6 days to get some peace and relaxation. We got enough of them too! The house is exactly as described and seen on the pictures. The swimming pond was great to cool down in the hot temperatures in the evening. We didn't lack anything and the mutual privacy was absolutely given. The accommodation is also in a great location for day trips to Saxon Switzerland or Dresden. We were very pleased with everything. The two are very kind and nice hosts.

The stay in the accommodation was due to a trade fair in Berlin. So unfortunately I had little time to enjoy the great relaxed atmosphere to the fullest. After the long days at the fair, the rest period in the accommodation was really great. Definitely recommended. Thank you.
