Condo holiday rentals in Sayulita

We really enjoyed our stay at Ana's condo. We were making a last-minute trip to Sayulita for a long weekend and were very happy to find this place. It was conveniently located close enough to town to get there in a few minutes' walk but far enough to avoid a lot of the noise and craziness of town on the weekend. The place was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We'll definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely place in a quieter area of Sayulita! The condo was perfect for our 1 and 3 year old kids as inside the unit was all on one level and had railing walls to contain them in the space which is helping with a fast crawling baby! Lovely path to the beach and close enough to all the restaurants. We really enjoyed it the space.

Loved staying here during our stay at Sayulita! Perfect for my husband and I. I didn't believe the other reviewers when they mentioned all the stairs, but boy oh boy there are stairs! But it's worth the trek because this unit is nestled up top a bit away from the others, so it's more private! And this unit comes with it's own private deck/patio, outdoor shower, so it's worth it! Very clean unit! Updated and modern finishes like bathroom, kitchen, etc. I didn't mind this at all, but letting the light sleeper Airbnb'ers know that in the morning the birds are lively and are a built in alarm clock! That's apart of being in the jungle though so we didn't mind :)

I almost don’t want to write this review because I’d love to keep Jamie’s place a secret... but it’s too good not to share! We booked extremely last-minute after an issue with our original accommodation, and Jamie and Roberto couldn’t have been more helpful. They were quick to respond, warm, and incredibly accommodating -- turning our stressful situation into a total win. The condo is beautifully decorated, peaceful, and thoughtfully equipped. It truly felt like a retreat. The pool became a daily ritual, perfect for a morning dip or a lazy afternoon with a book. And if you’re worried about being close to downtown Sayulita, don’t be: it was quiet, well soundproofed, and they even provided earplugs just in case. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’m already dreaming of coming back.

Gretchen’s place was amazing! The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—just a short distance into town. The pool was a highlight, offering a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend staying here!

Casa Paw is an absolute gem! The condo is a great location to the pool, beach, and all that San Pancho has to offer. Our three little kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool/beach and Margaret made traveling with kids so easy by providing amenities like a pack-n-play and high chair and swim vest and toys. She even went out of her way to provide a welcoming gift for each kid. If you’re hesitant about booking, you won’t regret staying here! Casa Paw is beautifully decorated that makes you feel right at home. We can’t wait to return!

Sara was very sweet and helpful and the main room has an incredible window/wall that lets in all the fresh air and fun sounds of the neighborhood.

This place was perfect for pool lounging and taking in the amazing views it has to offer! Nicely equipped gym. Beautiful jacuzzi on balcony.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The view was truly breathtaking - we loved waking up to it every morning. Our host was responsive, helpful, and so nice. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. We can’t wait to come back!

This home is exquisitely decorated and makes you feel like your staying in an art gallery, the layout is open and the vaulted ceilings give even more space. It is beyond comfortable and has a coziness that enhances the holiday mode. One of my favourite Airbnb’s. Its location is perfect walking distance from all major attractions, yet away from the tourist chaos. 5 stars.

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

The view is amazing! It was really nice to be away from the noise of the busy streets. Dixon did an amzaing job hosting. He gave great instructions from the very beginning as well as great recommendations. The apartment was clean comfortable and had great A/C. The pool was not used by anyone while we were there, other than us, but was clean and a great fresher after a day walking through town. The apartment was great for our short stay. There were plenty of places to eat close by. There are stairs that can take you down to the malecon/ocean, just bring your walking shoes. Make sure to stop by the hideout amd grab a boozy pop! We would stay here again hands down!

Will’s place was amazing. Each bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who would rather cook than eat out. The views and sunsets from the rooftop pool are majestic. I would recommend picking up groceries at one of the major grocery chains on the way in from the airport as there are few options for groceries in old town PV. Will was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in PV.

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

Definitely a FIVE STAR experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with our choice of refreshments. Furthermore, Laura and Jonathan were super accommodating and welcoming. In terms of the property itself, the apartment’s furnishings and decor are elegant and upscale. The common areas are also very upscale with a high sense of exclusivity. Definitely will book again!

Llegamos de noche, había poca iluminación al llegar y la señal del celular era un poco débil para tener buen contacto con la host. Mi recomendación sería llegar el primer día aún cuando hay luz. De ahí en más instalaciones, vista, comodidad, limpieza, wifi, ubicación 10/10, recomendado !

Michael's place was very suitable for our needs. The location is in a great area with lots of nearby restaurants. could use a second A/C unit as it gets warm in the apt during afternoons. Overall would stay there again in the future Craig Vancouver, Canada
