Monthly Rentals in Sayulita River

There is a reason they call this place “heaven”. It’s a secluded oasis close to town yet far enough away to feel some serenity from the plaza festivities. I booked for a week to extend a vacation and work and surf one more week. I could not have loved it better. The host Maria is responsive and kind. The room had every amenity you could ever need. I’ll be beck here again. Probably soon. :-)

Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were amazing. So kind, relaxed, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. They gave us our space but were always there if we had a question, which made everything feel super chill and easy. The place itself was stunning: open, airy, and peaceful. It felt like a total escape, but still just an 8-minute golf cart ride to town, so we had the best of both worlds. Would 10000% stay here again!

Carlos’s place is very central and a couple blacks from the beach and restaurant. His place opens right in front of the pool as well. Great view. The street to get there is busy on sundays until 4pm due to a flea market so we had to go park around the corner or you can just find parking on the street if you’re lucky. His place had the essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. Bed was cozy, air conditioning was great and so was the water pressure. I’d be happy to stay here again

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.
