This is a neat cottage for a couple or a little family (2 adults & 2 children) situated in the heart of the beautiful valley of Argelès-Gazost. It is a little house of about 40 square meters, with a separated parking and its own garden. At 450m high, it is close to shops (less then 5 minutes from 2 supermarkets) but in a quiet place, on the forest edge, without vis-a-vis. At the start of many walks, a nice trail brings you to Argelès-Gazost in about 20 minutes. Tranquility without isolation.

In a typical mountain village (Sazos), hiking starts from the gite. Shops and activities 5 min by car in Luz-Saint-Sauveur. No pets. All comforts, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, equipped kitchen, sleeps 8, equipped for a baby (bed + high chair) You are 15 minutes from the very family-friendly Luz Ardiden resort with a free shuttle to the resort, which passes through the village. 30 min from Bareges La Mongie resort and 45 min from Cauterets. The thermal baths are 5 min from the cottage.

Located in the spa district, 300 m from the thermal baths (Luzea), 900 m from the city center, base camp for skiing, cycling and tackling the legendary climbs and passes made famous by the Tour de France: Col du Tourmalet, Luz Ardiden, Aubisque, Hautacam... Apartment in a historic building completely renovated in 2019. Really comfortable apartment for two people, although there is the possibility of four using the sofa bed.

The accommodation we offer is a small semi-detached house in a quiet residence halfway between the village of Luz and the thermal baths. We are a Vendée family of five lovers of the Pyrenees, we have renovated this pied-à-terre to make it as comfortable as possible for a peaceful vacation. Facing south, on the nature side, you can enjoy the fenced grassy terrain overlooking the waters of the Gave de Gavarnie.
