Wow!!! A truly amazingly spacious house. Just spent 4 nights there celebrating my 60th with the family. Simon and Mandy met my husband as he arrived to go through everything. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. Literally home from home. There was 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and with so much room we could spread out. The children loved being able to run around and of course the pool!! The men thoroughly enjoyed the games room every evening especiallythe pinball machine. Us ladies chilled in the lounge room with a wine. We asked if one of the double single rooms could be made into a superking and the hosts were only to happy to oblige. The house was exactly as described, in fact better! Located in a rural quiet area. Spotlessly clean too. Bath towels supplied were so soft. The hosts kept in touch and answered all my messages promptly. Can't think of anything to fault as so perfect. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hill Crest House.

Lovely cosy house which was clean and tidy. This was our second stay at Homestead and we will be coming back.

The cottage was exactly as described; modern, warm, comfortable bed and lounge, every amenity that could be required, and tastefully decorated. Secure courtyard and surrounding fields ideal for my dog. Great host. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, truly didn't want to leave, hostess was excellent and the place was absolutely spotless, the welcome basket was an amazing addition, the location was beautiful and couldn't fault a single thing, hot tub was incredible, hopefully will be back to stay again next year!

We had a lovely stay, it was a perfect long weekend. Our little boy enjoyed feeding the geese, playing in the hot tub and watching the jet skis and planes. We visited Tattershall farmpark too which was a nice day out nearby.

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

another great stay, so glad i found it. Right next to city centre (well, the older part anyway) yet really quiet too. Its pretty perfect for 4-6 people (would fit another if there was a camp bed in the little snug room....?), really roomy and convenient, will certainly be back. Now we have discoivered Cafe Misto next door with great Italian food (cheap, tasy, huge portions) we def look forwards to a return.

Second stay here, we love the place! Same as my previous review: Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean and real attention to detail. Located on the edge of Lincoln it was an easy walk to the castle, cathedral and beyond. Gemma was very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely fabulous house ten minutes walk from the centre of Lincoln. So comfortable and clean and with everything you will need for a weekend away. We were very impressed and would love to return.

Stayed here for a couple of nights for my wife’s birthday. Had a lovely time in a lovely home. Really peaceful area, checking in and out couldn’t be easier and the house is really clean and well presented. Great communication from the host 100% recommend. Also would like to recommend the bees knees pub a few doors down, great pub with incredible food

Claire and Neil were very good hosts, their place was very clean, well equipped and truly a homely experience, they really go above and beyond and I've been to a few BnB's and truly they look after you. It's more than just a business, you truly feel like guests at their home, it was a seamless two days I spent with my misses, my sister and her partner and the beds are perfect, location is impeccable and we even all bumped into the host's who gave us some kind words and made sure our stay was perfect whilst we were there. Whenever I visit my sister I will be returning, this is a warm place to be and not just a bed to rest your head! Thankyou Claire and Neil 🫶

First class accommodation, we would highly recommend. Great attention to detail throughout. Spotlessly clean and fresh throughout. A perfect location to visit the Cathedral Quarter and beyond all easily within walking distance.

This was a great place to stay. It had its own privacy and had everything we needed to cook an Easter lunch for 6 people.

Lovely peaceful place to stay, ideal if you like beautiful views, privacy and quiet. Jane was really helpful, met us when we arrived and settled us in, gave advice on places to eat and nice walks nearby. Enjoyed walking by the canal and local takeaway for dinner. Also had a visit from Jane’s cat which was the icing on the cake. Comfortable accommodation, would definitely return, hopefully soon. Thank you

A smashing place to stay. Accommodation exactly as described, spotlessly clean. Mike and Jayne are perfect hosts. The little extra gifts were very much appreciated. Would certainly recommend this property and we hope to revisit in the future.

We spent a lovely couple of nights at the stables. The location is perfect and is just a short walk away from the cathedral and castle as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. The accommodation itself was easy to find, with private parking right outside the door. The stables were very clean and tidy. The hosts Mike and Jane were great hosts and responded to any communication quickly. We’d highly recommend The Stables and would definitely book again.

lovely house in a great location for Lincoln city centre. nice touches of tea, coffee, cereal and biscuits. well equipped kitchen and good shower. We had a great stay. note: steep stairs (typical for houses in this area). Permit provided for parking but spaces a little tricky to find (not the hosts fault) but we did always find somewhere eventually. We would definitely stay again.
