Apartment holiday rentals in Scandicci

Very nice apartment in an awesome location. Tram station is just down the stairs, and there are many local restaurants nearby. Also not so crowded so you can chill after sightseeing marathon 😁

The apartment is great! Very spacious, clean and with everything you need for a good stay. My husband and I worked from home and the internet worked very well. The bed was comfortable, as was the sofa. It was quite hot, but the apartment is well ventilated and has two fans, which helped to minimize the heat. The neighborhood is more residential, but the apartment is very close to the bus stop that takes you to the historic center of Florence, and there is a tram station about 15 minutes away on foot. I highly recommend staying at the place, it's a great value for the money!

The apartment is totally recommended, we went as a family and it really has all the amenities to have a great time in a very quiet town and very close and connected to Florence and towns in Tuscany.

The apartment is extremely comfortable, bright and full of plants (which I love). It is a short walk from the Tramway that leads to the center of Florence and is in a quiet location. The possibility of parking near the house is very convenient! The host was helpful and quick to respond. She provided clear and very accurate directions.

Valentina’s place is very nice for a longer stay, it is spacious and has all you need. It was easy to deal with amenities, internet was fast, so I could work remotely during my stay. The house is cool on hot days and can be easily warmed up when it’s cold. Valentina is very helpful and responsive, I asked for some additional stuff and Valentina just brought it. It was also easy to agree on slightly modifying the dates of my stay. Scandicci is cute and cozy area, so you can experience living there like a local. The place is close to smaller shops and nice pizza place. You cannot simply walk from there to the Florence historic center but it’s close to a bus stop and in 10-15 minutes walk to a tram stop. I think it’s a brilliant place if you come by car, without it you are dependent on public transportation, so it’s something to consider if you come for a shorter visit or plan to go to the city center every day. Otherwise, all good, and it’s great value for money!

We were very warmly welcomed by Marinella and felt right at home. She gave us great tips on what to do in the area – that was super helpful! The place is beautifully situated, with a breathtaking view that has delighted you every day. If anything came up, Marinella was immediately on hand and took care of herself lovingly. We had a great time all around and will definitely be back. Clear recommendation!

Beautiful place to stay if you’re looking for something further out to enjoy a more scenic stay outside the city! Easy enough to get the bus into the city of Florence for the day also so best of both worlds! The decor and design of the place was beautiful also.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

The apartment of Luminita and Stefano is great, super clean and stylish just as in the pictures and we had everything we needed to feel right at home. The area is very peaceful and a short walk away from the tram line which takes you to Florence center in 15 minutes. Luminita was always very kind and responsive! We had a great time and we highly recommend this apartment!

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

Apartment as described. Very clean and comfortable. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Always top-notch and very kind communication. When I return to Florence, if there is the possibility, I will return to this apartment.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Friendly & super responsive host. Loved the Italian architecture of the building, but comfortable within the renovated interiors of the unit. Stayed in Time room with seniors & a child, had all necessary amenities. Great location, far enough from the chaos yet close to the main square & train station.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
