The stay was very pleasant. The premises fully correspond to the description provided and even exceed it (positively). The owners are responsive, very kind and ready to meet any need to make the guests' stay even more special. The welcome was exhaustive of all the useful information for the stay. The availability granted was equal to that which would be received in the family. We highly recommend staying in this place if you are visiting the surroundings.

Super nice place. Much nicer for us than the pictures show. Absolute Tuscany vibe. We spent 5 nights exploring Florence and San Gimigiano. Julian and his wife welcomed us totally warmly and were always available. In addition, the place is very good for children. Absolutely recommend! I'm sure we'll be back.

**A Perfect Stay!** We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Alex and Philippe's apartment in Scandicci! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One thing that really stood out was the instruction manual – it was incredibly thorough and helpful. From check-in details to local recommendations, it made everything so easy and stress-free. We never had to guess about anything, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Alex and Philippe were also fantastic hosts. They were kind, friendly, and very communicative, always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. They truly went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth experience. The area is also beautiful – peaceful, charming, and a great location to explore nearby Florence without the city bustle. We would absolutely love to return and recommend to anybody!

Apartment equipped with all comforts, comfortable and very clean. Elio welcomed us directly to the property and was very kind and helpful throughout the stay. The parking in the structure is very convenient. Apartment located outside the hustle and bustle of Florence, but very close to the Tramway stop that runs every 10 minutes and allows you to easily get to the center of Florence.
