Independent house where you can find silence and tranquility to spend your days in complete relaxation immersed in the nature of the countryside in the Verdi lands. A stone's throw from Giuseppe Verdi's birthplace and the Giovannino Guareschi Museum, from which the property's name comes. 10 minutes from Busseto PR, an area dedicated entirely to the Maestro and his music. 10 km from the highway exit and Fidenza Village Outlet. A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

There are 4 apartments (the photos are of 1) in complete conservative restoration overlooking the convent park with a splendid series of loggias from where you can enjoy a timeless view and experience romantic emotions in the rooms with enchanting faces and frescoes.
