The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

My cozy attic is in the village of Civitella Roveto, very close to typical restaurants and nature parks, such as the Zompo lo Schippo Reserve. From the village you can reach the most important tourist and naturalistic destinations in Abruzzo thanks to the excellent location of the village that is surrounded by greenery but convenient to reach.
