It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. Only basic cooking facilities (toaster, kettle & electric wok). No outdoor area but great nature & picnic spots nearby. Not suitable for smokers, neighbour has an allergy. The main road can be noisy at times.
