Vere House Apartments have been lovingly restored with a comfortable/quirky retro theme. They are larger than average in this area and are situated in a prime tourist location just 5-10 minutes from North Bay beach and 15 minutes from the town centre. All Scarborough's amenities are within walking distance. Apt 1 is ideal for 6 guests but 8 can be accommodated by setting up the sofa bed in bedroom 1 (small surcharge). Also look at the larger apartment 2 or even the whole house sleeping 14.

The fully self contained basement flat has been renovated to a very high standard. There is underfloor heating throughout, and a wood burning stove in the living room. The flat has a living and dining area, breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary shower room and very comfortable double bedroom.

Garden annex near Beach/Alpamare/Open Air Theatre.

The detached annexe is at the rear of our property. It has a lounge with a king size sofa bed, a single/twin room with a kitchenette and a shower room/WC. The sofabed was purchased new June 2026. There is space in the drive for one visitor car/storage for cycles in the garage. Unfortunately it does not have a cooker but there is a 2 ring electric portable electric hob, a microwave and a slow cooker. It will usually be possible to use the oven in the bungalow by arrangement.
