Splendid view over the vineyards of Langhe-Roero, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with no overtourism. Close to Alba, Barolo and everything else you may visit while being in the area, including fine restaurants and famous wine producers.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

Eleonora's house is tastefully furnished and ideal for families (on request it is possible to add a cot and changing table). It is divided into two floors and has a large kitchen that can be used by guests. It has a large terrace, a garden and a lawn where a swimming pool is located in summer. You can conveniently park your car. It is in a very quiet and sunny area, but convenient to services.
