Frisch renoviert im November 2022, neue Küche mit elektrischer Herdplatte. Nur Kaltwasser. Das Bad ist im Wohnhaus und darf dort benutzt werden. Unsere Hütte eignet sich bestens für Leute die das einfache suchen, sich erholen, oder die Natur geniessen möchten. Geeignet für Paare, Alleinreisende, Familien mit 1-2 Kleinkinder

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie oder mit deinen Freunden in dieser ruhigen Unterkunft. Wunderschönes Apartment (ein Schlafzimmer plus Wohnschlafzimmer) mit Garten, inkl. schönem Whirlpool (privat nur für diese Wohnung). Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Berner Oberland (Top Of Europe, Blausee, Oeschinensee, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken) sind rasch und bequem mit dem Auto oder Bahn erreichbar. Tagesausflüge nach Saas-Fee und Zermatt (Matterhorn) dauern mit der Bahn nur zwei Stunden.

Auf dem Grundstück hat es Hühner in einem Gehege, aber keinen Hahn ☺️ und in der Nachbarschaft hat es ab und zu Schafe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof sind mit dem Auto in sieben Minuten erreichbar und die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Skigebiet ist vielfältig und gut zu erreichen.

Das Studio (ca. 30m2, ein grosser Raum) mit grosser Terasse mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Berge, liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses. Es ist durch einen eigenen Zugang erreichbar. Das Studio ist einfach, vollständig und zweckmässig ausgerüstet und verfügt über eine offene Küche, ein Badezimmer, sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2-4 Personen (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa für max 2 Personen). Grosse Fenster ermöglichen es, auch im Studio das herrliche Panorama zu geniessen.

The 1.5 room apartment is located on the 1st floor on a farm in the beautiful Bernese Oberland. Close to great skiing, hiking and biking areas. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed 180 × 200 A bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen and living room are in one room. In the kitchen, the most necessary dishes are available as well as a Nespresso coffee maker. We are a bit far from the village, so guests without a car have to walk about 15 minutes to the center.

The 2-room apartment is a bit elevated but still centrally located in Reichnbach in the Kandertal. The ski resorts in the Oberland are within easy reach. Adelboden 23km, Grindelwald 36km. In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The property was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and offers a fully equipped kitchen, which will also satisfy higher demands. (induction stove, combi-steam oven, fridge, all kitchen utensils, etc.)

Luxury property facing most beautiful panorama

The chalet "Villa Chalchsaati" is located in the Kandertal on a plateau 1000mas, directly opposite the Niesen, so called largest natural pyramid in Europe. The property is bordered by a romantic stream and includes a forest to promote biodiversity. The sparsely populated agricultural area is a 15-minute drive from the Spiez motorway exit and is therefore located in the center of the famous places of the Bernese Oberland.

Cozy studio

Small studio in cozy old house. Parking, Wi-Fi available. The apartment is right next to a bus stop. My husband, our 3 school-age children and I also live in the house (above the Airbnb). So you might even hear a few steps from us. The kitchen is fully equipped. Attention! The neighborhood is currently under construction. Construction noise possible! We live on a street and the cars can be heard sometimes.
