Stayed at this location for an extended stay visiting my daughter and her family. Location was great for this. Loved having this house to myself-kitchen well equipped and updated, beds comfortable, nice back yard patio area (which I did not use due to weather). Host was very responsive and very nice.

What a lovely little quiet neighborhood to stay in! The home was perfect for our group of moms and kids horse showing at Lamplight. Anything we needed was responded to so quickly- and much appreciated!

Thomas was the perfect host. Great communication and the place had a ton of very comfortable beds. It's the PERFECT place for a bridal party to do hair and makeup. LOTS of natural light and a huge island made it perfect for our girls to get ready. Plenty of seating and a great backyard and hot tub. It was great that there was so much parking, too! Thank you so much for hosting us!!

I had a great experience! The house had everything we needed for a fun trip. Jazmine was very responsive and provided clear instructions on check in, check out, etc! I will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again!

This is a very homey place, we felt very comfortable! It's like a slice of the county in a well developed area. Huntley Road was not as congested as I expected, we had no problems getting into or out of the property. Ollie was so friendly and responsive with any issue. I hope we can stay here again! It's a good value for the area. We come to the area fairly often and have stayed at many other places. This one rates in the top three, especially for the price!

Friends had fun fishing off the private dock, and the AC units kept the place nice and cool! The upstairs apartment was a perfect size for me and my husband.

This place absolutely perfect! We were back and forth from Navy Pier for a tournament. The apartment was the perfect escape from the noise. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the city. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. The price, for Chicago, is totally worth it!! Host is very quick to respond. The distance from the Pier to the apartment is an easy, short drive.

We had an amazing stay at Kitty’s place! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She even decorated the house for my fiancée’s birthday and left us treats, which was such a sweet touch. Her recommendations were super helpful and made our trip even better. The house was full of books and art that made it feel really special, and the beds were super comfy. The separate entrance was great for privacy, and street parking was easy to find, which was a big plus. Thank you so much for all the little things that made our stay unforgettable. We would love to stay here again very soon!

We stayed on the third floor of the complex and enjoyed Matthew's attention to detail. He gave a lot of thought to all components of his property.

We truly had the best time staying at Alec’s. The space is lovely, comfortable, and has everything you’d need. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and private with a high fence surrounding it. We enjoyed spending time by the fire and the neighborhood is great. Our favorite part by far were Alec’s two lovely pups Molcajete and Lobita. They were absolute ANGELS and made us so happy- we hated leaving them. Alec was a great host- super communicative, friendly, and just what we needed. When we come back to Chicago, we’ll definitely stay with him again.

The stay was for me and my parents. The location was a bit hard to find at first. But once we found it, it was quiet and peaceful. We felt safe. Im 5'2 and could touch the ceiling so keep that in mind my tall folks. We had no issues with it. The parking spot was amazing to have! Its located right inside a town with Walmart, grocery stores & restaurants. It is about 30 mins from downtown. And takes about an hr to get back during the evening hrs. But we didn't mind.

Good AC and very close to public transportation in case you want to explore the rest of the city or get downtown. We had an amazing 5-star stay in Chicago! The home was spotless, artfully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches like a piano, guitar, and a welcome gift. We loved the 360° rooftop deck with a fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen with a balcony. Beds were super comfy with high-quality, clean bedding. Though close to downtown, the home is on a quiet street and offers keyless entry — very convenient. We also appreciated the private garage with EV charger, 3 TVs, 2 fireplaces, and a great Nespresso machine. The location is unbeatable—near top spots like Swift & Sons and City Winery. Natasha was an excellent, responsive host. We’re already planning to return!

We had an excellent time here. Our whole dance team was able to stay comfortably and safely. We managed to fit 5 cars in the parking which was essential to us. It was all clean close to everything we came to Chicago for. The communication with the host was great and always prompt. We loved it here.

Had a great stay! House was clean and cozy indoor pool was amazing. (Pool is about 12 feet deep.) Had a bunch of games we could play great outdoor area. Would recommend.
