Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

Our cottage is in one of the most beautiful Waterland villages, Broek in Waterland. It is located in a beautiful area, 8 km from Amsterdam. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, so you can be at Amsterdam Centraal in 12 minutes. The guest house itself offers everything you need during a vacation. In our guesthouse, it is wonderful to "come home" after, for example, a busy day in the city, or, for example, a bike ride along all the nice villages here in the area.

Step onboard this amazing houseboat, a beautifully restored trekschuit, a traditional Dutch canal boat once pulled by horses along the towpaths. Built around 1900, the boat originally served local farmers, carrying cargo and passengers through the quiet waterways of the countryside. Since those early days, the boat has been lovingly preserved and transformed into a cozy houseboat.

This accommodation is unique. Our Beachcraft motorboat with shower is in a beautiful location and is suitable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. On the boat, there is an outdoor deck where you can relax and enjoy the view. Inside, there is a small kitchen, toilet and a sofa. At the front of the boat is the sleeping cabin with a double bed suitable for 2 people.

The house is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Amsterdam, a dike with a view of the IJ. It is a very green area and yet a short bike ride to the center of Amsterdam. Public transportation is 10 min walk.

In the water neighbourhood of Amsterdam, we offer our beautiful and comfortable watervilla for rent during our holidays. See the swans swimming by while you enjoy your coffee in a comfy chair with direct view of the water. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a seperate toilet. The terrace is about 35 square meters with sun the whole day.
