Surrounded by nature and animals such as cows, chickens, goats, horses, and our lovely dogs. Enjoy the large garden with playground equipment, a swimming pool (optional from May to September), and an orchard where you can pick apples and pears on picking days. A wonderful place where tranquility, nature, and adventure come together.

Mooi appartement aan de voorkant van het huis in het rustige dorpje Grootschermer. Het is als volgt ingedeeld: Zelfstandige entree, woonkamer, slaapkamer, badkamer, douche, wc, keuken. Op 500 meter afstand bevind zich een restaurant. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt is in de Rijp of Stompetoren. Zwemmen kan in de ringvaart. Mooi om te varen (fluisterbootje huren) wandelen of te fietsen. Dichtbij het strand en Amsterdam. Ontbijt (zeer uitgebreid) verzorgen wij op verzoek €20,00 per persoon

'T Dijkhuisje - In the polder & under the stars

Sfeervol vakantiehuisje voor 1–4 personen midden in de Eilandspolder. ’t Dijkhuisje ligt op een woonerf en aan een rustige dijk in Driehuizen en is perfect voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers. Compleet uitgeruste keuken, airco, beamer en twee tweepersoonsbedden (waarvan één op de slaapvide). Geniet van twee eigen patio’s, de vuurkorf/ BBQ en zwemsteiger op loopafstand. Val ’s nachts in slaap onder het dakraam met zicht op de sterren. Gratis parkeren en laadpaal aanwezig.

I am a traditional Dutch miller born and raised in Alkmaar, and my American wife, Kelly, and I enjoy sharing this special place with guests from around the world.

With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is located in a lively neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 4-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 34 minutes. The apartment has been recently and carefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, entirely for private use with balcony.

Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

The Lodge is close to the center of Alkmaar and the beach of Bergen or Egmond. Also enjoy walking in the dunes in Schoorl.
