Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche mit einem Einzelbett, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die 3 Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür offen habt.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zum Weltnaturerbe Wattenmeer. Zu Fuß ist dieses in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. 8,5 km entfernt befindet sich die Innenstadt Bremerhavens, welche auch mit einer direkten Busverbindung zu erreichen ist. Dort finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. die Sail oder das Streetfoodfestival, statt. Genießen Sie die Weite der Küste bei langen Spaziergängen oder fahren Sie in den Fischereihafen und genießen Sie regionale Speisen.

Quiet apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. The bedrooms have external roller blinds. Every now and then you can hear the train passing by or the highway. Approximately 15 minutes' walk to Wulsdorf train station. Approximately 20 minutes' walk to the nearest bus. There is a large, well-maintained playground 50 meters away. An independent check-in via a key box is also possible after the actual check-in time. Pets are not allowed.

You will stay here in a beautiful two-room apartment on the 9th floor with stunning views of the Weser and Geeste rivers. Quick access to the city center, main train station and shopping facilities offer you an excellent location in Bremerhaven. Tourist attractions such as the Climate House, Emigration Center & Fishing Harbor can be quickly reached on foot or by bus in bad weather. Lage idylisch auf dem Lande neben einem kleinen Bauernhof. Wander und Radwege vorhanden. Ca.10 Km bis Bremerhaven.Bis zur Bundesstraße ca.800m,dort gibt es auch Busverbindungen nach Bremerhaven. In Loxstedt ( ca.7km ) gibt es einen Bahnhof,sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aber auch in 4 Km,5 Autominuten. Grillmöglichkeit am Haus. Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Bitte hinterlasst die Wohnung besenrein. Mülltonnen befinden sich hinter dem Haus.

My place is close to Bremen, Bremerhaven, Brake. Discounted VBN taxis can be ordered at fixed times. Downtown Bremen is about 30 minutes by car. Bremen Airport is about 40 minutes by car. Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Vacation home Franzhorner Forst

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Zu den frisch renovierten Apartments führt eine neue Buchentreppe mit eigenem Eingangsbereich. Das "Apartment No.1" ist perfekt für ein Paar mit Kind geeignet. Durch unseren Schlüsseltresor ist sehr spätes Anreisen ebenfalls möglich. Bettwäsche und pro Person 2 Handtücher, sowie eine großzügige Ausstattung sind vorhanden.

The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-family house very close to Speckenbütteler Park in a very quiet, good residential area in the north of Bremerhaven. Bus stops, various shops, post office, gas station and savings bank are within walking distance. 2 bicycles can also be provided as needed.

Vacation rental "Landlust" Since 2021, we have been renting our beautiful, bright, approx. 80 square meter attic apartment. We share the front door. The apartment doors are to be locked separately. Your four-legged friends are of course also welcome! :)
